The First Tee Scholar The First Tee has partnered with select colleges and universities around the country to offer merit-based scholarships to those students who exhibit outstanding leadership qualities and abilities in addition to scholastic excellence.
The opportunity to become a Scholar is available only to participants of The First Tee who are seniors in high school, registered in the participant database, and who are active in their local Chapter at the time of application.
Leadership Academy
Chase Benton attended the 2010 Leadership Academy held at Kansas State University Participants in The First Tee may be selected to attend The First Tee Life Skills and Leadership Academy held each year in July at Kansas State University
This week-long camp offers:
Life skills and leadership development workshops.
Golf clinics
Career exploration
Meetings with sports figures representing the values of golf.
The opportunity to meet peers from across the country.

PACE Resource Center
The First Tee PACE (Providing Assistance for Careers and Education) Resource Center was created to equip eligible participants (ages 13-18) and their parents with information and resources to learn more about applying for college, college scholarships, and career exploration.
